Our English Speech Afternoon was held on 15 May. Our speakers acquitted themselves very well indeed. They were all commended by our adjudicator, Ms Glenda Steyn. Nonkululeko Sibiya (Gr 9) received a Merit Award, Olwethu Mondi (Gr 9) was the Best Junior Speaker, Lethokuhle Mtshali (Gr 10) the Best Senior Speaker and Buhlebuzile Tshabalala (Gr 12) the Best Impromptu Speaker. Lethokuhle was also the Best Overall Speaker of the afternoon. Well done!
